Welcome to our association.
The MMCOA is a non-profit educational organization, open to individuals engaged in the enforcement of local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
​
Our members enforce housing, zoning, construction and public health ordinances for Michigan. Focused on providing job-related training and support, MMCOA is led by a member-elected Board of Directors. Our mission is to promote fellowship and unity of building officials and inspectors and to obtain broader viewpoints and understanding of our mutual problems by promoting investigation and discussion to obtain appropriate solutions to construction-related issues.

​Our continuing education classes are typically scheduled for the second Thursday of the month from September through May.
